mymicourt.com is really My Michigan Court. This enterprise is the effort of David B. Schock, Ph.D., who alone is responsible for its content. David has been following the Michigan Supreme Court since 2006 and grew alarmed with the trends at the court, the hostility, the secrecy, and the expressed ideologies, none of which have a place at the High Court. In his efforts to shed light on the court he sometimes generates heat, too. At no time, however, does he intend to launch ad hominem attacks on the Justices or Court personnel.
Corrections are always welcomed, and personal attacks–while not welcomed–are perhaps inevitable. Concerning the latter, here is fair warning: don’t write it unless you want your e-mail address known; I have no hesitation about posting it.
